Musicians seeking a show at the Sweet Spot Cafe must submit a link to their sample music. Links can consist of a myspace page, and/or band/musician web site. All live music must be original material. No Covers! Schedules for a show can be flexible. At this time our slots are as follows:
Wednesday night is open mic night beginning on July 9th at 8pm.
Thursday nights 8pm and 9pm slots.
Friday night 10pm only.
Saturday 8pm, 9pm, and 10pm slots.
Sunday afternoon 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm slots.
The Sweet Spot Cafe offers a separate music space and is considered one of the best sounding cafes in Seattle! We can hold between 30-40 fans for shows.
Our requirement for musicians that want to get paid for shows, is a draw of 15 or more. You will receive a percentage of the cover. Cover usually runs between 3-5 dollars a show. Keep in mind that a majority of cafes don't pay. Musicians/Bands can sell cd's, etc at your show.
Once you are booked officially, you are obligated to perform.
